At Cachet, building visionary communities that families will be proud to call home is a mission we take seriously. We are excited to share the recent progress we’ve made at Avon Park, Bradford Urban Towns, Cachet Arthur, Cachet Binbrook, Erin Glen, Generations in the Village of Ayr, Heartwood, Mount Hope by Cachet and Westwood Village.
Avon Park
We are pleased to report that earthworks is completed and underground servicing is expected to commence later this summer.
Bradford Urban Towns
Construction is nearing completion, and the majority of units have been occupied. Neighbourhood landscaping is in progress and the condominium is expected to be registered later this summer.
Cachet Arthur
We are happy to share that we are nearing site completion at Cachet Arthur, with home construction having wrapped up at the end of June. Driveway paving is expected to begin this July with all exterior grading and sodding works to be completed by the end of the summer.
Cachet Binbrook
We have officially broken ground at Cachet Binbrook, with foundations poured and framing now underway. We look forward to welcoming our homeowners later this year.
Erin Glen
Construction is well underway at Erin Glen, with more than 70 foundations poured and several units being framed. We look forward to welcoming families home later this fall.
Generations in the Village of Ayr
We are pleased to share that construction on site is coming to an end, with the majority of homeowners now moved in and the remaining homes closing by the end of July. Sodding is in progress and is expected to be completed by the end of summer.
Heartwood
We’re pleased to report we are substantially complete with earthworks and expect to complete underground servicing later this summer.
Mount Hope
Construction in Phase 5 of Mount Hope is now complete. Underground servicing and roadworks for the final phase of Mount Hope is nearly complete. Home construction is expected to commence later this summer.
Westwood Village
Progress is moving well at Westwood Village, with all homes in Phases 1 & 2 complete, and sodding expected to begin mid-summer for homes in Phase 2. Closings for homes in Phase 3 are well underway, with several homeowners moved in. All homes in Phase 4 have been excavated, with 10 basements remaining to pour. The first homeowners in Phase 4 will begin to move in this July. We are also pleased to share that the community park officially opened on June 23rd.
