To celebrate our 40th anniversary, we’re thrilled to showcase several Cachet homes and communities from the last four decades. While every one of our developments is special to us, these custom homes and master-planned communities each have a distinctive feature that has played a significant role in our growth and evolution.
Today we’re looking back at Cachet on the Park, a private enclave of impressive estates built in 2002 by Cachet Homes in Richmond Hill.
Inspired by the finest classic architecture, Cachet on the Park marked our finest design achievement to date. This was the first time we introduced the French Chateau style of architecture into our home designs. Cachet was proud to be one of the first builders in Ontario to use this style.
Nestled in a distinctive cul-de-sac in Bayview Hill, this limited collection of only 29 executive residences were built on 50’ lots and showcase the details, craftsmanship, and quality appointments that are a Cachet hallmark. The Versailles model at Cachet on the Park won a prestigious 2002 BILD Award for Best New Home Design Over $500,000. This award is in recognition of the design with the best overall interior and exterior appeal, unique design, creative use of space and functionality of floor plan.
The numerous community enhancements, entry features, landscape details, coach lamps, and interlocking stone walks and driveways easily set the exclusive residences at Cachet on the Park apart from the homes in the surrounding Bayview Hill neighbourhood.
