To celebrate our 40th anniversary, we’re thrilled to showcase several Cachet homes and communities from the last four decades. While every one of our developments is special to us, these custom homes and master-planned communities each have a distinctive feature that has played a significant role in our growth and evolution.
Today we’re looking back at Cachet Hills, a community of townhomes in beautiful Georgetown, Ontario.
Tucked into a hillside setting just steps from the quaint, historic hamlet of Glen Williams and the Credit River, Cachet Hills in Georgetown is a charming collection of townhomes that benefits from a breathtaking location. Cachet Hills is a perfect family community combining the ambiance of a small village and rolling hill vistas with sophisticated urban amenities located conveniently nearby.
The community is special to us as it’s the first residential master-planned community developed and built by Cachet. It was designed in partnership with RN Design, Glen Shnarr Assoc., and RJ Burnside. Cachet Hills consists of 40 townhomes on 22.5’ lots, spread across 10 acres of land.
