A Preeminent Builder You Can Trust
In 1981, Anthony Auciello purchased a lot in the Jennings Gate community in Unionville, Ontario, to build a dream custom home for his family. Throughout the design, development and construction stages, he discovered a passion for homebuilding and a desire to enrich the lives of families. Together with his son, Desi, Anthony evolved Cachet from an exclusive custom homebuilder to an award-winning developer and builder of master-planned communities.
The trust that our homeowners placed in Cachet was deeply personal to our founder. Anthony never forgot that honouring his commitments, doing the right thing and delivering an exceptional quality product and service to our homeowners are the cornerstones of Cachet’s success.
Family is at the Heart of What We Do
Our principles have always been guided by the belief that each house we build is so much more than just a home; it’s a centre for connection and comfort and a place for families to live, grow, play and create lasting memories.
From the very beginning, our dedication to quality craftsmanship, innovative architectural design, superior community planning and outstanding customer care have anchored us. The next generation of Cachet is committed to upholding and expanding our founder’s legacy by continuing to build visionary communities that families can be proud to call home.
